ELIMINATE DEPRESSION AND HEAL YOUR PAST

At times, you may feel  you need a running start just to get to square one. In other words, you might want to get to normal  before moving toward extraordinary. You have a sense that life can be better, but you don’t understand how, maybe you can’t even remember when life was better. It is your habitual thought patterns which keep you under square one.  When you are feeling a deep sadness while yearning to feel better,  begin a program to help you change misguided thoughts and old misunderstandings in order to raise your energy. 

Depression  often caused by ruminating thoughts, one of the number one causes, in fact, because you keep trying to figure out something that has no answer.  It's in the past, it happened.  You can replace the ruminating thought with something that supports your new life now, a thought that connects you to the side of yourself that knows how to be happy.   You may be tied to outworn beliefs, continual habits of negative thinking, obsessing over a past event, or wrestling with regrets. You might need coaching with a competent counselor or therapist to get you going in the right direction. 



 It is important to remember there are so many things you are doing RIGHT.  Focus on that idea.  As you change your mind, you will find a renewed sense of energy and vitality.  Write down your assets -you are valuable and worthy of the best life has to offer.  The negative energy and  accompanying feelings will shift from negative to positive, and the events in your life will begin to mirror that uplifting energy.  You will send a vital force of strength and healing and balanced energy out into the world, forming a blueprint of the types of experiences you want returned to you. 

If you want to new relationship with the right person, more money, a better living environment, a better job or new career, practice changing your mind by changing the thoughts you entertain in your head.  You can capture your habitual thought patterns so they can be changed.  Practice all through the day.  The time it takes to change your life depends on your consistent, persistent determination and will power to begin a new life.  



It works, it's proven.  You can feel better, just keep practicing.  Don't skip an hour.  
Distract yourself by singing a song you love, listen to music, get out and walk briskly, play with a pet, meditate by focusing on only one thought or one word that is uplifting and do not allow any other thoughts to interfere.
