When you set an intention your brain sends out signals and activates an attractive force. You don't want to mix signals or add confusion by getting overwhelmed. instead, learn to recognize that small voice of intuition inside that tells you when you resonate with an idea, then follow it. Take a step forward, follow the signs along the way, tiny breadcrumbs to lead you to somewhere new. Don't get attached to the outcome. The Universe knows the details, the best way, and you don't want to get in the way, just do your part by taking inspired action. Visualize yourself already in your greatest desire, then let it go, do something else, be engaged in the present moment and trust that what you are being guided toward is also moving toward you.

Often we are the hardest on ourselves, beating ourselves up for nothing more than insecurities that are old patterns of thinking. Change your mind about yourself and be your greatest supporter. Change the self-talk you feed yourself all through the day. You are beautiful and worthy and capable of making your life the way you want it to be. Challenge yourself to be all you can be, and then appreciate yourself, and like what you do, and who you are.

Your own self-worth and your perception of the events of your life are completely up to you. You can change your mind, and 'reframe' circumstances in order to find the benefit. If you are feeling discouraged, use this as an opportunity to practice increasing your focus on your talents. Instead of listening to the negative voice in your head - or from other people - choose to refocus and see yourself as the successful, healthy, happy person you were born to be.

Beginning immediately is sending out a clear message that you believe in yourself. If you are waiting for something to occur, once you 've started going after your dream, you might feel a sense of let down. This is not the time to allow your energy to drop, or give your inner voice permission to tell you it won't work. Believe in yourself - for no reason. You don't need a reason to understand your greatness. This time in between, when nothing seems to be happening, is when you can use deliberate intention to keep moving forward in the 'direction' of your dream, even without seeing instant evidence. Do something every day that is relative to your dream. Maybe you need to get more information, get in better shape so you'll have more energy, take a class, make a phone call, read a biography of someone who has done what you dream of; in some way discover new avenues toward self-improvement. It is consistency that builds momentum and keeps you focused, as well as providing you structure, like an architect.

Forgiveness is something that happens inside of yourself and it changes you at a molecular level. When you release the toxicity of emotional stress from holding onto resentments, focusing on the past mistakes, harboring regrets, blaming, feeling shame or guilt, you are harming yourself at all levels. Begin by noticing the thoughts as they come up, pay attention, stay in the moment and then make a commitment to halt the thoughts that are causing you distress. Whether it is aimed at someone else through anger or impulsive rage or irritation, or if you are directing it toward yourself with feelings of loss and lack, regret or a preoccupation on unpleasant memories, stop it all immediately, divert your attention to something peaceful or beautiful in your environment, or conjure up an image of a flower, take a walk, listen to music, then replay the image and the thought in a positive way.
