THE POWER OF YOUR  EMOTIONS

Learn the powerful truth of getting serene inside, and teach yourself  to stay there.  It is a narrow
path, and one that gathers in intensity and energy and is transformative. When  your serenity is disturbed, you lose your power, bit by bit, and if you let it,  you develop the habit of complacency and discontent because you're so busy trying to manage your emotions. 

Without attention on your internal life, your emotions can be pulled and  pushed until you almost forget what inner harmony and a serene approach to life feels  like.  Change this pattern by focusing your attention on your heart, and  thinking of Divine ideas like love, happiness, joy.   The results will be swift as your life improves, and you will  strengthened and uplifted on the inside.

Breathe deeply, then change the thought behind the emotion  to an affirmative, supportive, and loving one.  You will channel that emotional energy into power - personal power that is yours to use.
