Raise Your Self-Confidence

Build your self-confidence just as you would any skill.  Aknowledge the level of  where you are now so you can build from there. If you lack self-confidence, on a scale of 1 to 10, own it, so you can change it.  Then write yourself a letter about how you believe you lost confidence along the way. Write about the things that occurred, the people involved and why you want to change things now. Determine what you learned from the experiences in your past.  Then let it all go, no blaming and no excuses.  You're building a new more confident you.

Now set new goals for yourself, small ones that are achievable that continue building your self-confidence. You will get fresh new thoughts and ideas and renewed energy to take risks and chances you might not have taken before.  You're starting to believe in yourself again. Your confidence will grow as you feel more positive energy  When your energy state is higher you will naturally feel more confidence.

Then take an action step, which gives you feedback which raises your confidence even more. Take small steps that are meaningful for you, make it consistent and you will build momentum.  You build up enough energy behind your intentions and goals and things will start happening in your life, exciting opportunities will appear and people and resources will just show up. Stay positive along the way, even in the inevitable failures and setbacks, it's all part of your growth.  Your confidence will build as you meet, greet and triumph over your challenges.
